Narkotikastrafflag (1968:64) (Penal Law on Narcotics): criminalizes possession ('innehar') and use ('brukar') of narcotics; psilocybin is a Schedule I narcotic.1

Sweden criminalizes the act of using a narcotic, not only holding one. The Narkotikastrafflag (1968:64) reaches anyone who possesses or uses, and a minor drug offense, ringa narkotikabrott, carries a fine or up to six months in prison; the standard offense carries up to three years. There is no decriminalized tier and no medical psilocybin route.
