Dangerous Drugs Ordinance [New Version], 5733-1973: psilocybin is a controlled dangerous drug. No medical access program has been enacted.1
Israel's compassionate-use psychedelic program is often mistaken for psilocybin access. The 2019 program covers MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD. Psilocybin itself is scheduled under the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, approved for no medical use and reachable only through clinical trials and exceptional Ministry of Health research routes. This entry rests on secondary reporting: we have not found an Israeli government source for it.
