The Dangerous Drugs (Application) Order, 2024 applies Part IV of the Dangerous Drugs Act (Ch. 228) to the drugs in its Schedule, and psilocybine is on that Schedule. It revokes the statutory instrument of 1994 that came before it. Two limits are worth stating precisely: psilocine is absent from the Order, and the Order names the compound rather than the mushrooms or fungi that contain it.

The Bahamas is now recorded as illegal. A 2024 government order brought psilocybine under the Dangerous Drugs Act, and our earlier reading came from a 2017 version of the Act that predates it.
A full-text check of the Bahamas statute portal found psilocybin absent from the Dangerous Drugs Act, though LSD was listed there, so nothing in the entry changed at this review.
