Microdosing for Health, Healing, and Enhanced Performance
The current microdosing reference, built from decades of collected self-reports.

Published by the American Psychiatric Association's own press, this is a review of psychedelic treatment written for mental health clinicians. Its three editors, Scott Aaronson, Albert Garcia-Romeu and Trisha Suppes, have each published results from psilocybin trials. Eleven chapters move from history and pharmacology through the conditions under study, among them mood disorders and suicide, PTSD, OCD and anxiety, substance use and distress at the end of life, to the risks, the conduct of the therapy itself and the future of psychedelics in psychiatry. MDMA has a chapter of its own, so psilocybin is one compound among several here. It reviews published research and reports no new trials.
